Problem.
In this cardboard manufacturing plant, ..., the machinery generated a constant high thermal load, especially during the summer months. This heat buildup affected staff comfort and the general working environment conditions.
The ship featured a square configuration of 35 x 35 meters (approximately 1,200 m²)
Solution.
To improve indoor climate control, they installed 4 STRATOR FAN TX.380 industrial fans, strategically distributed on the roof of the workshop to ensure uniform coverage over the entire work surface.
This solution allowed:
- Reduce the apparent temperature by 5–6 °C during the summer months.
- Improve thermal comfort in the production areas.
- Optimize indoor air quality through a constant flow.
Homogenize temperatures in winter, thanks to the operation at reverse mode, which allows hot air accumulated at height to be brought down and reduces energy consumption for heating.
