At Coolix, We are committed to providing the highest quality products and a completely satisfactory shopping experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the product to request its return.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be in perfect condition, without having been used, and with its original packing, manuals, accessories and labels.
- You must include the proof of purchase or invoice.
- No returns will be accepted for customized products or products manufactured to specific order, except in case of defect.
How to request a refund?
- Write to us at [info@coolix.es] indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will get back to you within 48 business hours with shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and review the product, we will proceed to reimburse you within a period of 5 to 10 working days by the same payment method used.
Return costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective product or incorrect shipment), we assume the shipping costs.
- In all other cases, the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
